Your SQL queries are processed in real-time and never written to disk or any database.
Never Shared
We do not sell, share, or transfer your query data to any third party.
Never Used for Training
Your queries are never used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models.
1. Introduction
SQL Querywise ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform at sqlquerywise.net.
By using SQL Querywise, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. SQL Query Processing
The SQL queries you submit to our tools (DocGen, Advisor, Reviewer, Explainer, Converter, Analysis) are:
• Transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS 1.3 connection.
• Processed in real-time by our AI engine.
• Never persisted to any database, log file, or storage system.
• Never used to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any AI model.
• Discarded immediately after the response is generated.
We strongly recommend that you anonymise or redact sensitive column names, table names, or business logic before submitting queries to any online tool, including ours.
3. Account Data
When you create an account, we collect:
• Your name and email address (provided via OAuth login).
• Usage metadata: which tools you used and how many times (counts only — not the query content).
• Subscription status (managed via Stripe).
This data is used solely to provide the service, enforce fair-use limits, and manage your subscription. It is never sold to third parties.
4. Authentication
Authentication is handled via Manus OAuth. We store a session cookie (HTTP-only, Secure, SameSite=Strict) to keep you logged in. We do not store passwords. OAuth tokens are never persisted beyond the session.
5. Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. SQL Querywise never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or billing address. We only store your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.
6. Analytics & Cookies
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (page views, tool usage counts). No personal identifiers are attached to analytics events. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
7. GDPR (European Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
• Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
8. Data Retention
Account data (name, email, usage counts) is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. Stripe subscription records are retained as required by financial regulations.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
• All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3.
• Passwords are never stored (OAuth-only authentication).
• Database access is restricted to server-side processes only.
• No SQL query content is ever written to persistent storage.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
