The Service is provided "as is" and is intended to assist, not replace, professional judgement.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access the full tools, you must create an account via OAuth. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free Tier and Subscriptions
Free Tier: Registered users receive 3 free uses per tool. No credit card is required for the free tier.
Subscriptions: After exhausting free uses, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
• Submit queries containing personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or rules.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage quotas.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of this policy without prior notice.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at sqlquerywise.net/privacy.
Key commitment: SQL queries submitted to the Service are processed in real-time and are never stored, logged, or used to train AI models.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and proprietary SQL rules on the platform are owned by SQL Querywise and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The output generated by the Service (documentation, reviews, explanations) is provided for your use. You retain ownership of the SQL queries you submit.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for production use.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.
AI-generated recommendations should always be validated by a qualified engineer before deployment to production environments.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SQL Querywise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or financial loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated output.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to registered users via email.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
